For internal applications we recommend Purestone Travertine Paving is laid on a full bed of suitable floor tile adhesive, allowing for a 4-6mm joint filled with an appropriate floor tile grout. In addition we recommend that when used internally, after completion of the project, the paved areas should be sealed with a water based acrylic sealant.
When used externally we recommend that Purestone Travertine Paviors are laid on a full mortar bed and allowance for a 10-15mm mortar joint is made. In line with any naturally occurring limestone product, we do not advise the use of common salt to de-ice Travertine Paviors.

Number per square metre includes the recommended pointing gap i.e. 10-15mm (external use). All Purestone Travertine Paving is a nominal 30mm thick.
